Therapist Overview

Do you feel like food has taken over your life? Are you in a constant fight with yourself, defining your days as “good” or “bad,” depending on what you ate? If your relationship with food feels like a battle you can’t win, I want you to know that change is possible. You don’t have to continue to live this way. I am a licensed master social worker who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, emotional eating, and exercise addiction. I have worked with hundreds of clients whose relationship with food has become defined by feelings of shame, guilt, and distress. My passion for helping clients heal their relationship with food and their body stems from my belief that self-worth and contentment can only be built from within and should be separated from body size or eating habits. My treatment philosophy is rooted in a weight-inclusive intuitive eating model in which all foods fit & health is attainable at every size. I currently work as a therapist at Alexis Conason, Ps
