I work with people of all genders, sexual orientations, lifestyles and cultural backgrounds. Whether you are new to this type of work or have done it before— welcome and I honor you for taking this step. I am dedicated to creating a sacred, healing and safe container for all of my clients to feel completely at ease and open to explore whatever it is they feel is yearning/needing to be explored. I bring authenticity, consciousness/presence and compassion into all of my sessions. Choosing a counselor/coach is a very personal and important decision. I believe you know, in your gut, when you have found the right fit. I am a Life Coach, Registered Therapist and Certified Counselor. I have a B.S. in Social Health and Human Development and my Masters in Counseling. My clinical and academic background is complimented by my studies and exploration in Consciousness, Spiritual/Relational Intimacy, Yogic Sexuality, healing trauma on the level of energy .
