Hey There! I’m Sedina and I’m an empowered healer & licensed therapist. I would like to offer you a warm, caring, non-judgmental, understanding, empowering, empathetic space to learn about yourself, discover yourself again, process your feelings, and heal. I have experience since 2005 working with clients from ages 3-84. My clients want information, guidance, and perspective about their opportunities, possibilities, and want to shift their focus towards positivity. I help clients through many different transitions of life and difficult chapters in ranges of intensity of unbearable anxiety to severe mental health clients as well as ASD & ID. I can help by focusing on whatever self directed things you would like to work through as well as guide you on ways to work towards healthy ways of coping unique to loving yourself. I hope I am a good personality match (holistic healer) to be able to help you with your next chapter. I am currently taking clients ages 11 and older currently M-Th on e
