I am committed to a careful, thoughtful assessment of the physical and emotional aspects of my patients. I understand that a patient is more than the sum of medical conditions; therefore, I find that a good family history, response to past medication, and an assessment of current level of functioning are critical to treatment planning. I encourage patients to actively participate in their care by learning about their disorder or condition. I work in partnership with patients and families to develop a treatment plan to successfully meet the patient’s goals. I am allied with the LGBTQ+ community. I have a special interest in children with Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
