As a psychotherapist, I have worked in various locations including private practice, universities, corporate and retreat settings for 25 years. I work primarily in a relational and embodied way to address conflicts related to personal relationships and work-related challenges. My background training includes relational psychoanalysis, family systems theory, attachment trauma repair, mindfulness practice and energy psychology. I am on the faculty of the National Institute for the Psychotherapies’ Integrative Trauma Treatment Program. In addition to teaching the program section on working with bodily experience, I have taught courses on neuroscience and mindfulness there. I also run various supervision groups.
