I have been counseling since 1992 in private practice. I specialize in counseling adults that suffer trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issue, stress management, and anger management. I am trained and certified in EMDR which is a technique that assists clients move through traumas and life issues more quickly than other modalities. As a therapist what I appreciate most about this modality is that it requires minimal regressive work. I have 24 years of counseling experience.
