These are strange times. I have 15 years of experience working with people of all ages. My training includes various methods, including somatic (body-centered), mindfulness, and “parts work” therapies. Sometimes therapy involves simply listening so that you can gain clarity from a safe place. Other times, I offer exercises to help you access and work through the unconscious. Therapy should feel like it’s helping clear through the clutter of daily living. We will find the best method that works for you so that you can get the best use of our time together.
