I conduct Substance Abuse Evaluations for DOT employees who have violated an alcohol or drug regulation. I help the employee get back to work as soon as possible by completing the ‘return to duty process. I also do Substance Abuse assessment s for the general public who may have received a drug charge and need fulfill a court/ lawyer requirement. I counsel any individual where alcohol or drugs have negatively impacted their lives and want to make a change for the better. I help Individuals with CDL issues complete the substance abuse Evaluation required by the DMV to get back to their livelihood. Any individual having an alcohol or drug issue can recover with help. I am passionate about people improving their lives and going forward, including their family members. My office is located in downtown Raleigh. I have evening and weekend hours. I can schedule you within a week’s time and the assessments are typed and sent to the client ‘s employer, DMV, attorney, etc.within 3 working days.
