Therapist Overview

You may be feeling depressed, anxious, or stuck in self-defeating behaviors. Maybe you’re confused or angry, or going through a difficult transition. I help people like you live happier, more rewarding lives. This may involve healing wounds from your past, finding a sense of purpose, exploring your healthy sexuality and/or gender identity, or discovering (and acting on) what you are passionate about. I will support you each step of the way. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist who has worked in both Community Mental Health and private practice. I am respectful, experienced, and optimistic. Together, inspired by your strengths and successes, we’ll find effective ways to deal with the things that are troubling you. In addition to talking, many people find that Art Therapy is beneficial. It can be a way to gain insight, communicate things that are hard to verbalize, and help you reach your goals. If you’re curious, let’s talk about ways that Art Therapy can be effective for you.
