With more than 30 years experience in the mental health field, I have served the Las Vegas Valley Community since 2004, specializing in unique stress management solutions for teens, adults and seniors. I use a wide variety of self-awareness tools to help you quiet your mind, so you can pay better attention, reduce symptoms of fight or flight and muscle tension and help you to understand what triggers panic attacks, excessive anxiety and feelings of helplessness. I believe knowledge is power and strive to make people feel listened to with humor, personalized treatment planning and down to earth conversation. As a parent of two grown children with special needs, one with bipolar disorder, the other with aspergers I can relate personally to the challenges facing families.
