I have had the pleasure of being a mental health therapist for more than 27 years. I specialize in working with individuals and adults, as well as those couples in marital conflict. I believe in a strong connection between early childhood development and issues that continue to create issues as we grown adults . In this society, we often struggle to find our emotional equilibrium and at times lose our sense of self. Adolescents also have difficulty during their normal development stages which is also of interest to me.
