Katherine Sheppard Carrane

I have been in the field of clinical social work for over 30 years. I work with clients to establish the issues they want to address in therapy, the goals they have for themselves and the pathways to getting there. Collaboration and respect are at the forefront of my work with clients. I specialize in working with people who suffer from depression and anxiety. Additionally, I work with couples who are experiencing distance in their relationships. I feel it is a privilege to sit with clients, listen to their life stories and earn their trust. Starting therapy can be a scary process, so it is essential that a client feel safe within the therapeutic relationship.
