My mission is to inspire all persons to explore and heal their spirit, and help each find hope. I work with individuals from 3 years old to older adults, couples, and families. I’ve always believed anyone who is willing to look into the interior ocean of themselves, that is a brave soul. I’ve sat in that chair and know it takes courage to confront one’s self and to make changes that can improve one’s life. Over the 40 years I’ve been practicing, I have been blessed by those who have trusted me with their darkest places. Come see me, let’s find your hope, life, and your light. I am trained in many arenas of therapy, ‘psycho-dynamic’ therapy, EMDR for PTSD, Cognitive Behavior Therapy connects your thoughts and emotions to behavior choices. Play therapy for children 3 years old to 10 with a separate room, toys are their words and tools to Show me their world. Adolescents, couples, families, adults into their 80’s are all welcome. I have sat in a chair much like you will when you come to me. So, I know it can be difficult…where to start? You start by calling, make an appointment and we’ll roll up our sleeves and work it out together. You just have to start.
