Drawing from a strong skill base and a variety of treatment modalities, I’ve successfully worked with hundreds of adolescents and families to address and resolve a wide range of issues that impact a person’s “quality of life” using a strengths-based, solutions focused approach, while providing an interactive, collaborative, highly individualized approach to treatment and self care. My experience includes work with adults, adolescents, and parents struggling with relationships and life adjustments, including, parenting, pregnancy and postpartum adjustments and mood disorders. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University with additional post graduate training in Perinatal Mental Health and the Use of CBT for Emotional Complications. I am certified in Gentle Reprocessing, a psychotherapy approach to reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety and depression My goal is to provide a safe, respectful and healing environment in which to support your growth and re-discover your strengths, to deal with the present, heal from the past, and look forward to the future you want to create.
