I specialize in anxiety, obsessive thinking, physical and emotional stress, and relationship dynamics, among other areas of mental health. I’ve had the honor of working with 800+ clients on their journeys towards personal freedom and well-being. Counseling is your space. Often a space to heal from past injuries and practice presence with your authentic self. Therapy often results in letting go of the past and feeling awake to the present, with a strong connection to your energy and purpose. In my practice I offer mental health education and assessment, a therapeutic healing space, and skill building to assist you with your goals. Stress and anxiety are powerful barriers to enjoying life. My philosophy is that building awareness of your thought patterns, emotional triggers, and automatic behaviors allows you the freedom to make choices and live intentionally. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness are evidence based ways to reduce stress and build awareness. I enjoy working with people of all sexual orientations, genders, and relationship configurations.
