We are Licensed Mental Health Counselors and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, as well as Masters Level. We specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use/Abuse, and PTSD. By implementing CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation and other approaches tailored specifically to you, we can help you to regain functioning in need areas. It’s hard to go through tough situations, and it is even harder to go through these situations when you feel like you are alone and nobody cares and/or understands.
