I enjoy working with clients of all ages, background, ethnicities, and races. I especially enjoy working with couples, families, and teenagers. My counseling style is fluid and utilizes several approaches, including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and person-centered. I believe counseling should be a collaboration between client and therapist, with the client taking the lead. At the core of effective counseling is open, honest communication between therapist and client. The most helpful tool a therapist has to offer is unconditional positive regard.
