My therapeutic focus is helping my clients of all ages gain a deeper appreciation of who they are on all levels of their being: body,mind and spirit. To that extent, I incorporate a variety of clinical tools including Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT),Mindfullness based meditation ,Transpersonal vision Quest/journey work,sensory motor soothing methods, Internal Family Systems ,and Heart Centered Hypnotheray. I also offer the MARI(Mandala Assessment Research Instrument), a powerful tool to help clients understand,explore and expand consciousnessl. My ideal client would be willing to learn these tools to live life more joyfully. My therapy is designed to build skills to cope with life stresses and find the deeper meaning of life. I focus on building parenting,mindfulness, and transpersonal approaches to heal and expand consciousness using sensory motor,educational kinesiology, vision quest/journey work,etc.in therapy to heal at multiple levels of consciousness. My hope is that you are willing to see life as an exciting and joyful adventure and are in pursuit of learning profoundly meaningful and life transformative ways to experience transcendental states of consciousness that will enable you to live abundantly and joyfully on all levels of your being. Willing to grow in group consciousness is also highly valued.
