I love helping my clients develop the tools they need to cope with all of life’s challenges. I have worked with clients from ages 12-70 years old. I have been a social worker for 16 years and worked with diverse populations. I believe therapy is an individualized process and I work with each client to meet their specific goals and needs. I believe it is important to take a holistic approach and learn each client and what treatment modalities work for them. My approach to therapy is a collaborative effort and I foster an environment that promotes positive thinking, behavior and healing. I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding with the client and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. I believe that therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and therapist. I have availability for in office and online counseling sessions. There are everyday challenges in life and I am here to work with each individual client to help navigate through them. I work to encourage and motivate each client during the therapeutic process.
