[I am not currently taking new clients] Life can be tough! Between school, work, and other life transitions and changes, it can get easy to feel overwhelmed. You may be reading this thinking that there is nowhere to turn. You may feel alone and be struggling to express yourself and your feelings effectively. It takes great courage to reach out for help and being here is the first step! Therapy is a place where you can not only come when things are tough, but also when things are going well. No matter what is going on in your life, I am here to help you find your voice. I am here to provide a safe space for individuals experiencing mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and behavioral concerns. I have developed a specialization in working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families within that safe space. I desire to create a therapeutic environment where everyone’s voice is developed and heard. I believe in a strengths-based approach that is holistic & guided by the individual needs of each patient. I desire to provide a safe & non-judgmental space where you can share and process your experiences, build upon current strengths, explore new solutions, and find meaning and balance in your life.
