She has 29 years experience working in behavioral health, with specialty training in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, spirituality, and trauma recovery. Groups are not being offered at present due to the coronavirus. Groups offered may include De-Stress and Relax, Women’s Support, Bereavement, Care for the Caretaker, Yoga Nidra meditation, and shamanic journey group.
