I have over 20 years experience as a school counselor and administrator, community mental health, eating disorder residential counseling, personal training and nutrition coaching. With two masters degrees in counseling/education, I am pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision as well as the CEDS credential (Certified Eating Disorder Specialist).
