I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing thoughtful and caring person centered therapy. I specialize in providing individualized therapeutic care for children, teens, young adults and adults affected by behavioral and emotional problems to help them achieve inner calm and a sense of well-being. I can help with grief and trauma, explore issues of attachment and assist with improving behaviors and relationships. I use cognitive-behavioral, trauma focused, mindfulness based stress reduction, meditation, play, art, and solution focused approaches. I am compassionate and mindful of developing the trust needed in a thoughtful and caring therapeutic relationship. I use a systems perspective and collaborative approaches to help people discover their strengths, determine their goals and find creative ways to achieve them.
