My individualized plan for therapy can help you get to where you want to be. You are not a statistic or a stereotype. Culture can impose unrealistic standards on our supposed “roles” in society. You are unique & yet share the wonder, awe, yearnings & passion of all humans that deserves to be fully expressed. If you are willing to be a full participant in your therapy you will see new doors open to you in life, feel more confident & experience peace. I use an eclectic therapeutic style based on solid research to process trauma & what is holding you back based on your strengths. Included are CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, meditation, positive feedback, MI, Behavior activation, Positive/Somatic psychology. Suffering is universal-it is not a life sentence or a measure of who you are. It is your time to do self care with self compassion. Compassion is not pity –it allows you to feel without getting stuck — allowing you to live life fully and feel supported. I work Fridays, Saturdays and 2 Sundays a month to accommodate your work or school schedule.
