( English | 中文 ) Mika Lee, RDT, LCAT is an experienced creative arts psychotherapist, trained in counseling psychology and drama therapy, specialized in using a client-centered, attachment and dynamic based therapy approach, combining with a variety of different creative arts therapy modalities, including visual art, writing, role-play, dramatic play, body movements and sounds. She aims at building a safe, therapeutic holding space for her clients to freely explore themselves and to promote inner growth, self-awareness and creative coping. Mika has worked in the past 8 years in both New York City and Taiwan in a variety of clinical settings, and focuses on helping clients with issues relating to anxiety, depression, relationship, career development, creative blocks, cultural adjustment, identity, loss, mind-body connection and life transitions. She currently has a part-time private practice besides her full time job in inpatient psychiatry. She is bilingual in Mandarin Chinese. One of my favorite writers, J.K.
