I believe humans are profoundly relational, and I believe that meaningful connections give us the courage to make necessary changes in our lives. I show up as myself in the therapy room, integrating humor, story telling, and metaphors. Iâm spirited, imperfect, and wholeâ hopefully allowing you to be your whole self with me. I work with teens and young adults in individual therapy around anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and relationship challenges. I offer family therapy and parent coaching, all from a strengths based and relational perspective. I’m also well versed in CBT and DBT, so together we can determine skills and strategies that will best work for you. Although it’s worth it, beginning therapy can be scary.
