David Tarullo

As the owner and founder of The Revolution in Counseling I have sought to understand, develop, and implement the most effective and innovative therapies in the field. I work to treat problems at their core to enable real and sustainable change. I have treated a wide range of mental health disorders, but I primarily specialize in treating Trauma, Anxiety, PTSD, Substance Use Disorders, Sex Addiction, Personality Disorders, Betrayal Trauma, Co-Dependency, and Families with Addiction. I offer therapies designed to help people make shifts at their emotional and psychological origins. I utilize an array of intereventions including: EMDR, Experiential Therapies, Emotion Focused Therapy, Ego State Therapy, Psychodrama Therapy, Family Constellations, Sex Addiction Task Model, and Family Systems Therapy.
