I provide a relaxed environment where you can release your thoughts, feelings and hurts. Together we can work on getting you to a better place and on track to living your best life. I focus on teaching coping skills to clients so that they can remain calm. I love working with individuals on current and past issues. I believe that often past experiences continue to affect you in ways that impact you negatively and bring about negative behaviors and unhealthy relationships. My background in the family and criminal court , in which I served for several yrs., gives me a unique understanding of the role and the importance that interpersonal connections play in good mental and emotional health. My focus is helping you find meaning in your life and hope for your future.
