Together, we will develop skills and strategies to create long lasting changes in your life. Whether you want to learn to communicate more effectively, better manage and express your emotions, or heal from past traumas, therapy can be a place to begin making changes. As a Counselor and Yoga Instructor, I integrate Traditional Therapy Modalities, Yoga, Somatic therapy and Meditation to assist in the process of self-discovery. I am passionate about working with Trauma survivor’s and creating a safe space for true introspection and healing. I hold a CAS in Trauma-Informed Care and certification in Trauma Focused-CBT. It is possible to start feeling better and to make changes in your life. I provide an atmosphere of support, in a non-judgmental, therapeutic space.
