Things feel cruddy right now for a lot of people. You may be experiencing frustration, fear, and other challenging emotions as you adapt to all of the changes in our world. I can help you sort through these emotions and find ways to feel better. I’m a solution focused counselor, ready to help you (or your teen) explore patterns that may be holding you back and step into empowerment. You are doing the best you can during these challenging uncertain times, and deserve extra support. I provide a safe place for processing the past and building for the future. I can help you increase your coping skills, and find more joy in the day. Due to Coronavirus, all of my sessions are now online or phone. I’ve completed extra training in online therapy and have been using secure video conferencing for counseling work for a couple of years now. Most clients find it very comfortable and convenient. I offer a free consultation so that you can try out the system I use, and see how it feels for you.
