**I am not currently accepting new clients** Do you often neglect yourself? Are you seeking loving kindness of yourself so that you can be authentic and strong in work and relationships? The focus of my work is to help individuals learn about themselves, identify what gets in the way of them living the life they want, and work together to create a plan to be resilient in times of stress. I am also a Certified Compassion Fatigue Provider through the International Association of Trauma Professionals. I am a board certified art therapist. I believe that creating art often leads to insight that would not have come to the surface through traditional talk therapy. I have experience helping clients feel safe enough to explore topics that may bring up feelings of shame. We then work through those feelings by increasing self-awareness and becoming resilient. My clients and I work together to get rid of unpleasant symptoms by aligning their behaviors with their values, increasing self-awareness, and working to create an inner dialogue that is kind and mindful. For those in a helping profession or unpaid caregivers, we create a plan to keep them resilient and able to do their important work.
