I have been in the substance abuse and mental health field for over 10 years. I am a state Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). In addition, I am also a Colorado State Certified Victim Advocate and Victim Services Provider, specializing in trauma and recovery from abuse and violence. I completed my Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology at Regis University and have also completed two years Post-Masters education in Clinical Counseling at Regis University. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling, at Metropolitan State University. I have a history of intensive group work and specialize in Cognitive Restructuring, Co-occurring Disorders, Substance Abuse and Relapse Prevention, DUI therapy, individual counseling and victim and trauma counseling. I have a very Humanistic style and bring a compassionate and informative style which our clients find uplifting and helpful in assisting them to reach their fullest potentials.
