I provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment services from adolescence through the life span. I practice from a patient centered, collaborative approach to therapy; using my clients strengths to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets their needs and helps them affect the change that they desire. I have had the honor of being part of the therapeutic journeys of my clients and their families for over 20 years. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults with mental health problems. Among the presenting problems of my clients are mood disorders, substance use disorders and trauma.
