With the changes to social life, work, finances, etc it’s understandable if anxiety, depression or other emotions are surfacing. I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, disordered eating, problematic sexual behaviors and addictions on a daily basis. I help clients regulate emotions, manage anger/stress, and those facing family discord. I hold two Ct state licenses: one as a Professional Counselor and another as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am internationally certified as an Advanced Addictions Counselor and am also a Certified Fitness Trainer who loves to promote health and wellness as a coping skill. I work with adults and teenagers (ages 14+) to promote hope and change.
