In a world full of so many different people we are bound to encounter a vast array of road blocks. Some are easy to verbalize and some are not. Some of the things we experience are small and can be minimized but some cannot. Sometimes we don’t trust enough to share and sometimes we do not know how to communicate what we are feeling, when we are feeling and why we are feeling. Embrace gives us the opportunity to be open to the therapeutic process, embrace it like a warm hug of comfort. To Embrace the process we must first start with the Problem. To Trust the Journey we must envision where we want to be in our lives and go for it. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I have been practicing in the field for over 10 years providing therapeutic support and psychoeducation for individuals ages 4-65. I consider myself to be eclectic in practice with the ability to utilize various treatment modalities that fit the individuals need. When looking for a Therapist, most individuals prefer someone who is relatable, yet professional. Some one who is knowledgeable yet also willing to listen, understand and learn about their particular issue.
