I HAVE OPENINGS M-TH 10AM-2PM: Are you currently struggling with some personal issues? Feel like you have no one to turn to? I know therapy can be an emotional journey, but many at some point in their lives have seen a therapist or could benefit from one. Therapy can be a place you can express yourself and have someone you can talk to and listen, without judgement. Sometimes just having that outlet and that person allowing you to just “be” can be such a relief. I want to help you on your journey to find your strengths as a way to live a more positive and meaningful life in a client-centered and compassionate setting. I am a Licensed Social Worker/Therapist with experience in working with diverse cultures and populations. I especially enjoy working with those struggling with depression and anxiety, and the LGBTQ population. I utilize CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapies and an Individual Humanistic Approach, among other modalities. I believe that “listening is loving” and would love to see you grow within your journey. I provide a warm, supportive, and compassionate environment.
