Therapist Overview
I have been counseling individuals, families, and couples since 2000. I have worked with clients in outpatient settings, partial hospitalizations, and intensive outpatient settings. I have extensive experience working with adults and adolescents with behavioral or addiction struggles, and presently see clients at the Center for Christian Counseling-with offices in Katy and Sugarland. My approach to providing therapy is to tailor my approach specifically to each individual. While also holding a faith based perspective, I attempt to understand the individual and the individual’s needs and use a combination of CBT, DBT and TPM strategies. I am a working professional, and single mother. God has blessed me with two wonderful children – one by birth and one through adoption. We also have two dogs and two birds.
