In life, there are many obstacles that we have to face. Sometimes we just need to find different coping strategies to help us change the things that aren’t working in our life. My belief is that everyone has the innate capacity for personal growth. Counseling offers the opportunity to identify the factors that contribute to difficulties and to effectively work with the psychological, behavioral, interpersonal and situational causes of those difficulties. I will work with you in a person-centered and strength-based approach; providing an atmosphere of unconditional acceptance and support. I hold a certificate as a Certificated Clinical Trauma Provider and I aim to empower you to seek ambition in life; to take hold of the skills and strengths that drive you. I use methods that are effective in addressing goals, working through experiences, supporting individuals through life transitions, and establishing healthy coping skills. I am dedicated to helping you find restoration and healing when life’s challenges occur. It can be difficult to navigate through obstacles on your own, and it is a privilege to support you through your healing process towards a happier and healthier life. I will meet you where you are in your own unique situation, with respect and compassion.
