TEENS and MILLENNIALS. I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults who feel “stuck”. They could be experiencing stress or depression symptoms, negative habits, lack of focus, low self-esteem, or anger outbursts. Whatever the symptoms, I am experienced and equipped to help. I walk alongside my clients, holding the therapeutic relationship of utmost importance. I collaborate with my clients to identify core issues, develop effective coping skills, and overcome challenges that they once saw as insurmountable. I can help by applying my knowledge base and years of experience with teens and young adults. Generation Z and Millennials require a unique approach that I have acquired during my history counseling in a residential treatment facility for youth, a charter school, group homes and my private practice.
