My practice is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal, achieve fulfillment, and to be fully present to life experience. I believe in the importance of our relationships with others and our connection to the natural world and how this connection can be regulating, helping us achieve freedom from shame, depression, and anxiety. Combining nature based work with somatic techniques can help release traumas stored in the body. I use an integrative traumatic informed approach, which focuses on issues of anxiety, PTSD, traumatic death and grief, and interpersonal relationships. I see individuals from young adult and up.
