I understand the difficulties associated with the stress of everyday life as well as the added burden of trying to cope with a mental health diagnosis. I am also aware of the added stress imposed upon all of us by the COVID 19 pandemic. These are uncertain times which can take an already uncomfortable situation and make it unbearable. I am here to help and offer non-judgemental support. You don’t have to do it alone.
