I believe you are reading this for a reason, and our paths were meant to cross so that I can walk beside you on this journey of self transformation. Everyone struggles at points in their lives or has trauma they need to heal from. We experience a range of emotions caused from loss, addiction, abuse, or feelings of a general lack of purpose. It is my passion to help others reach a feeling of peace from within. We are not defined by what happened to us but rather how we find the strength to move forward. Everyone is unique and individualized. I use a broad range of methods in my therapy practices tailored to your personal needs I have certification in Substance Abuse, and am in recovery myself. I am constantly growing and learning different therapeutic techniques. Some of the methods in which I am trained are: CBT, EFT, Psychodynamic Method, Mindfulness. Finding what works best for each individual person is most important in achieving success. If your soul aches or you feel lost, know that I can help you.
