We all have the ability to heal from the experiences in life that have shaped us, whether we chose them, or we were given them without our choosing. The connection that is built between client and therapist allows for a powerful and moving relationship in which I can accompany you on your healing and recovery journey – in coming home to yourself. I believe the process of healing is a process of reconnecting with life, with self, and with others. With openness, warmth, and humor, I am here to help you to step i”nto the present while healing and claiming freedom from painful emotions and the past. I work with adults, young adults, couples, and parents to explore and heal through issues including eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and interpersonal problems. Using integrative techniques, including mindfulness, narrative, and relational methods, I provide a space for you to feel heard, seen, and to create safety within and in life. Before private practice, I was Assistant Program Director of a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient eating disorder program, after working as a psychotherapist in residential, partial hospital, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care.
