In my clinical practice, I see how traumatic experiences shape mental, emotional, relational, and physical functioning. My work has been influenced by various models, including IFS, an engaging ego state approach. I am experienced in EMDR Levels I and II, and I regularly integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills into the challenge of this work, which has proven to be a very effective combination. Additionally, I am Level I and Level II trained in using the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. The use of these evidence-based treatments helps to facilitate holistic healing and recovery.
