I enjoy working with individuals and families and my areas of expertise include but are not limited to: women’s issues, LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, addiction, spirituality, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, and support for caregivers of individuals with physical/intellectual disabilities and mental health issues. As a parent and caregiver, I understand the unique needs and struggles of full-time caregivers and the supports they need. My counseling approach is individualized and holistic. I believe that the best results come from a non-judgmental and encouraging partnership between client and counselor.
