I believe in creating an environment that is both encouraging and challenging in order for you to become a better version of yourself. Working as a team with the goal of developing a plan that allows for the change that you would like to see in your life is a driving force of my counseling style. I will meet you where you are; I’ll be a supportive resource as we work together to develop healthy skills and improve insight. At times our work together may be difficult or uncomfortable and other times it can be freeing and rewarding. A balance of these two states and all those in between makes great soil for personal growth! My hope is to walk alongside you on a journey of exploration, empowerment and improvement.
