Therapy and inner healing can be very challenging; it requires dedication and a willingness to push through, even when times get difficult. I believe that the relationship we build together is not only of paramount importance, but is vital in the recovery process, which is why I dedicate myself to establishing a safe, trustworthy and nonjudgmental environment inside and outside of the office. My time as a therapist has lead me to adopt a cognitive behavioral holistic approach as my main modality for treatment. That is not to say that I do not incorporate different techniques from other fundamental branches of psychology. I believe that each individual varies in the care they require, and I am a firm believer in using a “what work best for you” treatment system. I have experience in helping individuals deal with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use and many other mental disorders.
