Sometimes we don’t notice our capabilities until we experience situations that cause chaos in our daily lives impacting our relationships with ourselves and others. Whether it is a positive or negative change, having a neutral and nonjudgmental person in our support system can clarify our current coping skills and see what we want improvement or strengthening in. While I work with various issues, my primary case load consists of individuals and couples struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and lack of motivation to pursue goals and interests.
