My specialties include the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders (body dysmorphia, hair pulling, skin picking, tics), and anxiety disorders (generalized, social, separation, selective mutism, panic, phobias, illness). My therapeutic approach utilizes evidence-based techniques, namely Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have extensive knowledge and training in the use of exposure therapies, with years of experience treating OCD and anxiety in school, hospital, and private practice settings.
