Therapist Overview

This is an incredibly challenging time and many of us could use a little extra support. I am conducting all sessions virtually. I offer a sliding scale and work with each of my clients to come up with a plan that works for them. People who have survived collective hardships throughout history have shared wisdom with us about the importance of meaning-making during times that could otherwise feel despairing. Now is an important time for self care, for a transformative relationship with grief, for healing, for cultivating love and joy, and for deep intention around what it means to be human and what it means to be alive. I have a Master of Arts in Spiritual Guidance from Sofia University. I work with techniques of spiritual and somatic psychology including Focusing, Psychosynthesis, Jungian Dream Analysis, and Somatic Experiencing. My trauma and grief work is somatic, allowing access to healing through body memory which releases trauma without reliving trauma. Please feel free to contact
